Sorry. no photos or artwork this week, cos I'm not finish selecting pictures for the reception of Rahim & Zu at Kg. Linau Besar, Batu Pahat Johor that I have covered last week. Just wanna share an exciting news... for me laa.. dont know if you guys will get excited or not. uhhuhuuhuh. Mrs. B is happily pregnant for 3 months now. If you guys noticed , I have put up 2 pregnancy tickers at the sidebar. We are really excited when we discovered the news on our first visit to the clinic. After we got home that we realized that we didn't scan to really confirm it. 2 weeks after that we did the scan at Klinik Amal at Semabok. Thanks Dr. Rusittah for your hospitality and for the advices that yo had gave us. Pardon my jokes and excitements.. hahahah I think I am more excited and more nervous, curious and worried than Mrs. B .. =) Right now Mrs. B is taking Folic Acid. Maybe you guys have any suggestions? whats good to eat? to drink or any extra suppliments?

After a tiring day of covering a reception at bachang, I got a phone call from my my homeboi Ajib and Wan. They wanna meet up somewhere in Malacca for discussions and if time permit to play around with CLS.

But before that , I was hanging with Jas , Jol and Jol's friend. Actually I helped Jas covering the Bachang reception. A simple+exciting+full of suprisess wedding I would say. First of all, the solemnization was attenteded by the Chief Minister of Malacca, Datuk Ali Rustam. Secondly, there were no Pelamin (a decorated stage where the bride and groom will sit and be celebrated). And Third, the berarak with kompang is at a double decker Malacca sight seeing BUS!.. now you tell me if it wasn't a life experience. =) . Congratulations Izah & Rizal. By the way I am older than you kak Izah hehehehe.. saya nampak muda yeay! uhhuhuhuhu, Sorry no pictures for their reception. I forgot to ask for consent for displaying their pictures.

Back to the story, after a few laughs with Jas and the gang, I decided to call it a day after knowing that the guys has already arrived at my house and piked up my lil bro fauzi and head straight to Eyes On Malaysia. Its a windy night, quite soothing. After grubbing and finished our discussions, we try out several light setup just for fun. And yeah Fauzi is our white mice hahahahah... sorry bro, thanks though for the sportingness huhuhuhu.. we try out several settings and play around with them. And yeah, the main thing is we learned something new and we have fun on the process. =) thnx guys for driving all the way from Cheras just to meet up and have some fun. I promise I will make up to you guys.

Click* Wedding : Ana & Asrul

Salam guys.

On Sunday the 29th, as early as 7.30am, I departed from my house with my lil bro Fauzi and we head to Machap. There I had to cover Ana and Asrul's solemnization and reception. We arrived at Ana's house around 8.30am and not wasting a single second, I start shooting Ana while she was been groomed.

The solemnization took place at her house at 9.00am. Asrul arrived early. While waiting for the Kadi, I can see how nervous he was. hehe. Been there, done that.. I have walked that road before, i know exactly how he felt and what he was thinking at that moment. Around 9.15, Asrul recite the Aqad in a flow without hesitation making Ana his love wife.

Congratulation guys. Thank you to Ana's family and also Asrul's family with their lovely hospitality. You guys made me feel like at home. As promised, here are the teasers before your album completion. Hope you guys will have an everlasting love life.

Congratulations to Mrs. Nora & Mr. Amir for following the Sunnah of our beloved prophet Muhammad S.A.W. Hopefully the love will last until the end of time. Nora is one of my childhood friends. We used to play masak2, galah panjang, ram ram reb, teng teng and even police sentry want to jaga.. hahahahah. Owh.. the old good timess... I think you guys remember the goold old days.. Her family moved out from the TNB Quarters when Iwas 12 I thinkand after that Iseldom got to see her. Actually I am not the official Photographer for the wedding, I'm just helping out my frien Mr. Ajib. I didn't know that I will be shooting Nora's wedding until the night before the solemnization took place.

I managed to photograph Nora & Amir's Solemnization, and Berinai night. Congrtulations again!

Clicks* High School Batu Pahat Old Boys Photography Outing

Salam guys, Hows EidulAdha? For me, It was my rest day before working on the next day and the day after that. I covered 2 seperate weddings on Saturday and Sunday. But now I'm not going to tell anything about the weddings, I want to share my experience with my friend experimenting on CLS (Creative Light System).

Ajib's siblings, his big brother whom also my senior Mr. Ayun and her lil sis Ms. Yasmin. They (models) agreed to help us to pose-pose. If you guys remember, Yasmin is the second photographer whom covered my wedding reception. Well she is a good photographer and a good model too.. Cayalah Min uhuhuh

Initially , the plan is we do the session at the infamous Tasik Y Batu Pahat, but it rained. So we decided to make a detour to Pasar Melayu. Its like a hall which have a roofed pedestarian. Its more like a bazaar. The place is quite old. They still using the wooden door which need assembling and de-assembling.. piece by piece. so its quite authentic. The place is full of texture, but my skill hasnt reach the peak that I can project the texture in to my pictures. *sigh* sorry.

btw, this a first CLS session for all of us. No expert helping us. we have no idea how to do it. The first hour, we spent on getting the exposure and light setup right (not very right I think) , and after that only we gotta grip on how things operate.

We used 4 speedlites. 3 SB600 and 1 SB900. 2 Unit with remote trigger, and another 2 using Nikon CLS system. Too bad my D60 deos'nt have Nikon CLS, so I had to use the remote trigger.
